Specialist Occupational Therapy Support
Our activities, roles and responsibilities, in work and at home are often disrupted when we experience problems with our health. My approach recognises the complexity of health and how it can impact on our physical abilities, cognitive function, emotional wellbeing and social participation.
I provide personalised, evidence-based Occupational Therapy to help people manage their health, maintain independence and participate in the activities that matter the most to them. Support is not only for here and now, but with thoughtful consideration of how people can continue to live the best they possibly can. I specialise in working with people with neurological illness or injury and long-term conditions in work and at home.
I work in partnership with clients, employers and relevant professionals to develop tailored support that reflects the needs, circumstances and goals of the individual. This involves meeting people where they are at and helping them move forward at a pace that is right for them.
