Meet Cathi
I found my way into Occupational Therapy following my degree in Psychology BSc. I’d known for a long time I wanted a job helping people, so when I came across Occupational Therapy it seemed like a perfect fit – person-centred and practical with a focus on supporting people to get back to doing the activities that matter the most to them.
Having worked in the NHS for over 12 years and qualified as a fitness coach along the way; I decided to move into independent practice. I have a range of clinical experience in Stroke, Neurological Rehabilitation, Vocational Rehabilitation and Complex Health.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, trail running and I’m a bit of a gym enthusiast! I also like down time with the family, creative writing and you can’t beat a good book!
My Values
Pinnacle Occupational Therapy and Wellness is built on the foundation that every person deserves expert, compassionate care that sees them as a whole person – not just a diagnosis. I believe that with the right approach and support meaningful progress is possible.
Everyone’s journey is unique – I support people to reach their potential – whatever that looks like.
I sincerely hope this helps you make a website that you can be truly proud of!
